Company History
Memory Systems, Corp (MSC) was established on September 27, 1993 as an S-Corporation in Miami, Florida. MSC educates existing and prospective customers on security products and encourages them to introduce the products into their business along with the ultimate technology. The Company has a customer centric focus acquiring constant feedback from its clients on the dependability of the products.
MSC serves as a second tier distributor to end-users and distributors. Its operations provide customers with computer memory and monitors and security system products throughout Latin America, North America and Europe. The Company provides its products on a per order basis, with 80% of its business from repeat customer and the remainder from new customers.
The Company operates a turn-key solutions business, offering low prices on its merchandise since they purchase directly from the factory and ship to the customers, hence eliminating the middleman. The Company has sales people staff dedicated to help and advise the customer. The sales cycle involves sales representatives facilitating orders via mail, e-mails, faxes and phone. The Company subscribes to GSA Support Center Market Place, Ventas de Seguridad Magazine, I.T. for Government, SecuritySystemsNews.com and FedMarket.com to keep informed on events and demands within the public sector.
MSC participates in five trade shows on an annual basis to showcase its product line and extend its presence into new target markets. The trade shows are held in Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, Chile and Mexico City. In addition to the trade shows, the Company organizes two seminars a year at its office to promote the Company and explain the variety of products they distribute.
